Less trade in value for Military plans
I find it quite disappointing that T-Mobile changed the trade-in values for the Military and 1st responder plans to less than their equivalent plan. I signed up for the Go5G Plus Military plan, looking to get the discount on the iPhone 16. By the time the change took affect, and I got to the store to trade in for the phone, I saw that they dropped the promotional value from $830 to $630 for the military plans. The Go5G Plus plan is still $830, so I was basically lied to that this is the same plan, but discounted for veterans. Now, the trade in value is the same as my old plan, but they conned me into paying an extra $50/mo with no added benefit. I had already traded in another phone on this plan and was waiting for the iPhone to be available, so I am tied into it for the time being. I understand that T-Mobile can change the promo terms at any point, but this isn't changing the terms of the promo, this is false advertising on the part of the plan, since it is not the same plan at a discount. It is just a discount plan with less benefits. I'll be keeping my eyes out for competitors paying for me to switch now if this is how T-Mobile treats their customers, and make false claims about Veteran appreciation.JamesJ77Hace 3 díasNetwork Novice45Visto0likes0ComentariosAssurant Nightmare!!!! Stay Away from this company.
Ok I filed a claim for My iPhone 15 pro max. Paid the Deductible and sent back the damaged phone. Keep a photo of the tracking. All of a sudden an 800.00 charge shows up for Non-returned device. After Getting a T-Mobile rep on the phone they put me on a three way call with Assurant. Low and behold they did receive the phone!!!!The T-Mobile Rep. tells me they put a hold on my account to wait two billing cycles to remove it. (How cant they take it off right then and there is ridiculous) Then T-Mobile takes 414.00 out of my account two weeks later. After calling T-Mobile AGAIN and I was told the First rep didn't do what he was supposed to due and I would have to wait 18 days for T-mobile to reverse the charge. Funny how they can take my money and it takes 18 days to put it back. I then made sure I deleted all form of payment methods off my account to block any more shenanigan's from T-Mobile's Flunkeys. Now I have to wait till I can get return calls from T-Mobile to, I guess check that things are being fixed and my 414.00 is returned.Moral of the Story….DO NOT USE ASSURANT!!!!!!81Visto0likes0ComentariosNot Receiving Group Texts and Server Alarms on WiFi
When I'm connected to WiFi, I am not receiving group texts that include one Android user. Additionally, I'm not receiving web-based texts (such as server alarm notifications) when there is an issue. However, when I disable WiFi and switch to cellular data, I receive all of these messages immediately. My carrier is T-Mobile. I've tried basic troubleshooting, but the issue persists. Any advice on resolving this so that I can receive all messages over WiFi would be appreciated. ¡Gracias!account disabled
Welcome to T-MobileWe are sorry, your online account access has been disabled. Please contact the primary account holder to re-enable your account also.. every time I leave and come back home.. I have to reconnect to my WiFi.. why is that??? Didn't do that until this happened with the account being disabledChristy20Hace 17 díasNetwork Novice16Visto0likes0ComentariosBad Information at Sale
I am writing today to tell you about a problem with my account. In August we added a line for my wife's brother who is in a nursing home in Ashville. The rep at the Ashville store made it clear that we were getting an iPhone 13 at a discount for a monthly charge of $43. Upon receipt of our first bill we were charged $20 more. when calling the Ashville store, the rep said he made a mistake and offered no remediation. We have visited stores in New York CIty and someone said they would correct the problem but was unable to. I would like this matter resolved by either giving us a one time credit for the full amount of the difference or a guaranteed $20 per month for two years. All of a sudden, since Friday, at least 4people with whom I have been texting up to thencan no longer see my messages or my replies to their messages. I am with Verizon and have a Samsung Note 10+. All of these people have iPhones (various models) with T-Mobile. I can see their messages to me, but they can't see my messages. I have noproblems with some iPhone users who are not with T-Mobile. I have called Verizon and had my phone reset and restarted, but there's no change. Is anybody else encountering this problem? How to solve it?rosm2004Hace 20 díasNetwork Novice111Visto0likes2Comentarios
