T-Mobile Home Internet + Google Nest WiFi
I purchased T-Mobile Home Internet and just set it up. When I plug the Ethernet into my Google Nest WiFi router, it does not work. Does anyone know how to get the T-Mobile Home Internet working with a Google Nest WiFi mesh network?37KViews2likes23ComentariosNetgear Nighthawk M1 (MR1100-100NAS) blocked by TMobile?
I have an unlocked Netgear Nighthawk M1 Router I got from Amazon, new. I subscribed to two unlimited data plans, for my two locations of work, one with static IP and the other without. My non-static IP service was originally attached to this router, but a couple of months ago it quit working. By not working I mean the signal is fair to excellent, but it says "mobile broadband disconnected". Essentially not able to get an external IP address. So as part of troubleshooting, I swapped sim between this router and another and swapped APN config, and both worked. And them I swapped back, and this router (Netgear M1) wasn't working again. That's when I knew Tmo blocked this router for fast.tmobile.com APN. So I had to use the static IP sim in this Netgear M1 Router. Now, my static IP sim (b2b.static APN) won't work anymore either, and my subscription line support tells me that the sim is active and working. So my question is:. Did Tmo block Netgear Nighthawk M1 (MR1100-100NAS) from the network completely? If yes, why? There are a number of us using this device on Tmo network, I am sure. Please help ASAP!SolvedjoendiverHace 5 añosNetwork Novice36KViews0likes21ComentariosRV WIFI system and plans
i recently purchased an RV and have been doing some traveling. I have found that most camp ground have poor WiFi. Speaking to a Winegard rep. And he said that T-Mobile had best plan with unlimited streaming. Anyone use the plan? How does it work and cost. What equipment is required? Trying to add my second watch. First watch was no problem, went first to the pairing screen, all good. Second watch has loaded up without pairing to anything, and can't figure out how to factory reset or pair it any other way.dahobbs1980Hace 2 añosNetwork Novice16KViews0likes9ComentariosAccessing my HotSpot account from web
I got HotSpot and it's working as it's supposed to. Now I want to access my hotsport account online, and when I'm trying creating an account for my hotsport- T-Mobile website says it sent me verification text on my hotspot number (funny, right?). Then I said ok, maybe I don't understand something - and I went to T-Mobile shop to get explanation on how it works. And they said- yeah, you're supposed to get the text. Just take out that SIM card and put it in any phone device and you'll get the text (stupid, isn't it?). I did it, and obviously my phone device didn't receive any verification texts. T-Mobile, can you prove to me you are the best? What kind of service is it???am369380Hace 7 añosRoaming Rookie16KViews1like14ComentariosSyncUp Kids stuck at loading screen
I purchased 5 SyncUp Kids watches for Christmas this year. Kids love them, but yesterday I had a second watch get stuck not getting past the loading screen. I'm not sure what led up to it, but the symptoms seem to appear out of nowhere. The watch doesn't respond to anything. The only thing you can do is hold the button for 20secs or so and it will buzz and hard-reset, then get to the loading screen and sequence the three pink dots on the bottom indefinitely. When the first watch did this I called 611. They seemed very unfamiliar with this product, and appear to have limited ability to troubleshoot anything. Apparently the only way to factory reset these watches is through the settings menu in the interface and in this case it can't get there. They had me go into a store and do a defect exchange (At first they wanted to charge me $5 to file manufacturer warranty and give me a refurbished watch, I refused and insisted on another option. Who charges $5 for a manufacturing defect?) Yesterday the second, of five, watches has the same symptoms as before. Stuck at the loading screen, the only thing I can do that gets any response is hard-reset by holding on the button. Having two of these cases now, within 2 months of new, I can't imagine I am unique but I can't find any record of people having issues, so I am here, trying to find solutions, and share my experience. Question 1- Is there a hidden way to factory reset these watches without accessing the settings menu? If not, why?! Question 2- Are other people having these same issues? Are my kids doing something to their watches they shouldn't be doing? What might it be? Both times this happened it was overnight, we know because that is when they go offline. I suspect my kids are grabbing them off their chargers to play with them at night, but I can't think of anything they could do to their watch in their beds that would cause them to bug-out.SolvedGogofletchHace 3 añosNewbie Caller15KViews2likes34ComentariosSyncUp Watch Waterproof?
On the box, it says "Splash-friendly & water resistant" however, on the documentation inside it says, "This product including adaptor should not be left in the rain, exposure to water dropped and crushed or otherwise abused". Grammatical errors aside, those two are contradictory. Can someone clarify how wet the watch can get? GraciasShawano_DaveHace 3 añosNewbie Caller14KViews0likes1Comentariowhy is my hotspot so slow
I called support about my bill being so high a few weeks ago and the rep that help me removed a few things I didn't need, and now my hotspot is so slow it takes forever to load a page on my laptop. I have tried tethering it to see if it is faster but its just as slow. I have tried all the help steps on the help page still nothing. I logged in on my friends boost hotspot and everything loaded instantly. I have tried calling t-mobile support but it just keeps telling me my number can not be found in the system so i cant even speak to anyone. This is just one issues I am having.SolvedsherrisharpHace 7 añosNetwork Novice13KViews0likes21Comentarios1.1.1.1 DNS Service
I like using the Cloudflare's new public DNS resolver 1.1.1.1 because it makes DNS queries faster and more secure, but when my MacBook Pro (macOS Sierra 10.12.6) DNS settings are set to 1.1.1.1 && 1.0.0.1 && 2606:4700:4700::1111 && 2606:4700:4700::1001 my iPhone Personal Hotspot doesn't work. Can you please tell me how to fix this issue or work with your engineers to fix whatever issue is preventing my ability to use the DNS provider of my choosing on your end? ¡Gracias!SolvedmagentapinkHace 7 añosNewbie Caller10KViews2likes8Comentarios
