Ethernet Port Not Working On Hub
Hello, I got the WiFi working no problem. If I plug an Ethernet cable into the back of the modem and directly into a computer it works fine. But if I plug it into a hub that the same computer is plugged in to, the computer is not connected to the Internet. Same thing if I plug it into a Wireless router. Do I need to configure something for it to work? FacturablyonHace 16 horasVisitante33Visto0likes0ComentariosTower upgrades, but let’s make it take 2 years???
I have been with T-Mobile since 2021. First year I had no issues at all where I had lived until the last 5 months I lived there. I moved 2 hours .140 miles. away from that town back home. For the last two years I have received the absolute worst, most unreliable service while using data when i travel .300 miles way MAX. I can't make phone calls, texts can take hours to go through, I can't get directions, use google or safari or literally any app that needs wifi or data connection. I have called several times about this issue and now it's also happening in my homebase. Every time I call I get told this is tower upgrades…these take 2 years!? But the rest of my family is in the same town I am and travels to the same places I do and they don't lose service and are able to use their data sufficiently and reliably. Why is this only an issue I'm having? I've visited countless stores as well and they don't know why this is happening, as a last resort I upgraded from my iPhone 13 Pro Max from 2021 to a 15 pro max this year 2024 and the issue has gotten severely worse. How can I be the only one in my household of 6 having this issue in several towns and at home? How can the towers be the issue for two years? T-Mobile can provide mediocre "excuses" provided unstable, unreliable, insufficient services but dang if we don't give them their money each month.Halfway122Hace 2 díasNetwork Novice93Visto0likes3ComentariosEtiquetas de devolución

Hi everyone, I am encountering significant issues with an i7 laptop while using T-Mobile 5G Home Internet v2.0. These problems are affecting connectivity and performance, making it difficult to work efficiently. Some specific challenges with the i7 laptop include: Inconsistent Connectivity: The connection frequently drops or slows down, particularly during peak usage hours. Streaming and Downloads: Video streaming and large file downloads on the i7 laptop often experience interruptions or buffering issues. Latency Problems: High latency is impacting activities like video calls and online gaming, causing delays or disconnections. Configuration Troubles: Adjusting network settings or laptop configurations to improve compatibility has been challenging. Has anyone else faced similar issues with an i7 laptop and T-Mobile 5G Home Internet v2.0? Any recommendations for troubleshooting or improving performance? Are there specific settings or updates that helped stabilize the connection? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to your suggestions!isladavidHace 4 díasNetwork Novice35Visto0likes0ComentariosPersistent Flash Array Issues with T-Mobile 5G Business Internet v3.1: Seeking Advice
Hello everyone, I'm currently experiencing persistent issues with our flash array when using T-Mobile 5G Business Internet v3.1. The problems include frequent slowdowns in data access, delayed read/write speeds, and inconsistent performance. These issues often cause disruptions, especially during high-demand tasks, impacting overall productivity and response times. We've tried several troubleshooting approaches, such as adjusting array configurations, checking firmware updates, and optimizing network settings, but so far, the issues with T-Mobile 5G Business Internet v3.1 and our flash array setup continue to be a challenge. I'm wondering if there are compatibility issues or specific configurations that might help address these bottlenecks. Has anyone else encountered similar performance or access issues with flash arrays while using T-Mobile 5G Business Internet v3.1? If so, I would greatly appreciate any insights on solutions, recommended configurations, or best practices that helped improve your setup. Any advice or suggestions from those who have managed similar challenges would be extremely helpful. I had the old round tower router that worked fine for working from home up until their firmware upgrade in January (2024). This is the month conectivity changed. It was a wide-spread report across Reddit and other tech sites by customers that all of a sudden post firmware updating they lost work VPN access. I had not swapped out the router because I have access to the work tools I need otherwise. This past Saturday I decided to call TM, explain the issue and they flagged down a store that had the newer router. I went there and swapped it out, receiving the TMO-G4AR model. Connected the new router and same issue. My issue: Windows 11 Pro on PC less than a year old. I have a LAN cable connected from the TM router (tried both LAN1 and LAN2) to my PC. Connect to my work VPN works fine - will explain further Post VPN connection I start Remote Desktop and then RDP to my work PC, entering my domain login info Remote Desktop opens my work PC and I have navigation, etc Up to several seconds after, VPN disconnects, almost like crashes out, and then I lose RDP as well In Event Viewer > Application, I filter by RasClient and see connection to the remote access server was established, successfully connected, then the next entry about a minute later is the vpn has terminated - error on the termination is 829, which is essentially an ERROR_LINK_FAILURE I reconnect again, get remote desktop, poof, same termination, same error I have spent countless hours with two IT guys at work on this, performing a multitude of tasks and settings changes, same outcome occurs I had hopes that swapping the old router out for the new one would resolve the above issue but it has not To mention, I also have AT&T internet. Not their home internet similar to T-Mobile, but their regular high speed internet - in from their street box, to our complex, to my unit, to their router, and then LAN cable to my PC. I unplug TMobile, plug in LAN cable from AT&T and it works fine. Again, prior to the January firmware update in the elder router, this worked flawlessly. Im not sure what the firmware changes are on this new router I picked up three days ago (?) but maybe it has a similar issue. Maybe.stevegossett64Hace 11 díasNetwork Novice60Visto0likes0ComentariosGifs sent multiple times
