T-Mobile money account link with mint / plaid
Several threads relating to T-mobile money linking account with mint have been closed as *SOLVED*. However, I do not see this solved yet, there's no way to link with mint. I wanted to use this for direct pay, have been waiting for solution. Please either provide solution or confirm that t-mobile can't be linked with Mint / plaid. Do not just close it as SOLVED. That's not correct. Can't link t-mobile mobile money account with mint. Can't link t-mobile money account with remittance services (Instarem - uses plaid) Can't link t-mobile money account in Google Pay (Uses plaid service) Hoping for quick turnaround on this.Cannot access TMobile Money account on desktop or mobile
I just created my account on 12/23/2021, I'm not able to access my T-mobile money account on either the desktop site or mobile app. On the desktop site when I log in the screen is blank and doesnt load anything and on the mobile app I get an error when trying to log in- "Device not found. (L159)"

Received email to redeem reward but not working: 1) Loging in as first time user 2) Entering phone number associated with Tmo home internet account and 2) Entering Captcha...receive the same error over and over again..."We were not able to validate the information provided. Please try again OR if you feel you've reached this message in error, please contact Customer Service." Tried from safari &chrome browser.

I received an email today to activate my $50 gift card online. I clicked on the tab in the email, which sent me to another site, which asked me to register or sign in. I tried to register, but it would not let me. So I tried to sign in, which it did not recognize. Then it locked me out. During this time, I was sent to another page, which asked me for my gift card number, and the 3 number card pin, which I do not have, because I do not have a physical card. No card has been mailed to me. I tried to call Customer Service but after being on a long hold, I gave up. I will try to call them when I have more time. Does anyone have any experience with these gift cards, and how to go about setting up, or logging on, and how to get the required information to activate the card, without a physical card in hand? Could you please guide me in the correct direction. ¡Gracias!
T-mobile money is scamming people
I have found dozens of people like me who were defrauded by T-mobile money. They were blocked from accessing their account and their money wasn't returned by T-mobile when the account was closed. time to dump t mobile
I didn't let T in normal for over 15 years. I have 5 lines I tried to upgrade one of them. They promised me a new phone techniques. And I ended up going to apple and just paying for a phone. Then they said oh, we're sorry. We'll upgrade your phone. And it was supposed to be free coming to find out. I paid over a $1000 short. Now when they found out, I was going to switch to Verizon. They kept saying they're gonna call me back. I never got a call back before. I switch. I gave them a more shot and called. Got disconnected 6 times and I have still not received a call back. Think it's time for me to leave. Look at the benefits you're actually getting from them. Is it really worth all the aggravation? Verizon has actually better coverage. Now been T-Mobile does once T-Mobile has you. It's a customer as far as they're concerned, they're done.Refund of T-mobile money account balance
I had a T-mobile money account that was closed in 2015 and I never received a refund of my balance. I have contacted customer support several time over the years and they have not been able to help me. They are unable to locate my closed account. Can you refer me to someone who can help me?
