Says I Won for Last Week's Tmobile Tuesday Sweepstakes. What now??
For last week's T-Mobile Tuesday St Patrick's Day $5000 sweepstakes game, I played it and a screen popped up saying I Won and that was it. No way to contact or know what to do next. I reached out to T-Mobile support and they have no idea what I'm talking about. I luckily got a screenshot just as it faded away. How do I claim the sweepstakes win?
TMobile Tuesdays Eligibility
I have two lines on my account and we both used to be able to redeem our own TMobile offers on our own apps. It seems that since they upgraded to TLife it's only allowing one offer per account, not per line. So as soon as one of us redeems the offer, then the other tries to redeem their own code it says the offer was already used. However, the eligibility rules on their site states it's per line: Any T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile customer on a qualifying branded monthly rate plan can participate. Todas las líneas elegibles pueden participar si están en "estado activo". I haven't read any complaints about this so I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
Walgreens Free Photo Offer
My wife and I both saved last week's offer for free prints from Walgreens. But we went to redeem and they were no longer in our Free Stuff folder, nor did they show up in the Expired folder. (But a Burger King offer we saved the very same time is still there.) They just vanished. We were still inside the redemption window so who knows what happened to the offer. Did anyone else have issues like this? I think it may have had something to do with the switch to T-Life from Tuesdays. I am very annoyed as we have been waiting for that particular offer to make prints of a recent trip.
T-Life Tuesdays Metro by T-Mobile
We have been fine before the update change to "T-Life", we both are not with T-Mobile, but with Metro by T-Mobile, we have the 2 lines for $80. This new app keeps wanting us to sign up for T-Mobile ID etc, but can't do this because it says we have a Metro by T-Mobile phone number, Metro by T-Mobile reps is clueless about this. Dollar Car Rental Discount - problems
LOVE this discount! It's significant and valuable. I've used ittwice so far--both times had significant problems on Dollar's end. Make sure you a) make your reservation through the T-Life app and b)screenshot/save your Reservation showing the Discount Code. You will need it later when Dollar charges youfor fuel fill up (at highest price)and a service fee. Thanks, T-Mobile for this benefit!
