Netflix downgrade
Hey Netflix, "You currently have Netflix ON US included in your plan. How is changing my subscription from "no ads" to "includes ads" "providing more features and benefits to you"?
MLS SEASON PASS
Tmobile has removed the MLS season pass promotion for this year without replacing it with something of equal value. I switched to tmobile for the perks such as sport streaming. I will be cancelling my agreement as soon as possible. They use promotions to lure people in, then slash them and assume people are too lazy to leave. See ya later, crooks.
Apple TV - Not working
I am not able to use Apple TV On-Us even though it says I am active on my account. I had customer service people helping me on two different occasions and they all said I should wait 24 hours for a special link to be sentand will call me to make sure all that crap but still not resolved. Anybody else had similar problems or know how to get it easily resolved?MLB TV - No access to games
I signed up for the free MLB.TV via T-Mobile. I've done it the past two - three years. I was able to watch one single game yesterday during opening day and since have been blocked from viewing in content. Etieher through my phone, computer, PS4 as well as an Amazon Fire stick. Each time I go to open a game, it says either "Video Error - try again later" or I get a message that says I don't have access to the content. Anyone else having this same issue?
