I purchased 2 iPhones in a Costco kiosk back in April. I was told that I would receive a $75 promo card per phone, and as of yet, I have not received it. I did receive a cryptic text about 6 weeks ago, stating it would be arriving. As of yet nothing. Anyone else have this issue? So basically, I was told twice I was apporved for a line (both phone or tablet) now im being told that I owe a bill when ive never had tmobile. I got a text message that starting December 7 2023 Forever upgrade is ending and being replaced with Yearly Upgrade. According to the help topics page I'm told I can get a phone on the same deals as the Go5G Next plan without changing my plan. I've been to the T-mobile store and talked to 2 customer service agents and nobody seems to be able to help me. I am attemptingto take advantage of the pre-order special for the Samsung Galaxy S24Ultra directly from Samsung.com because their offer is better than T-Mobile. Samsung.com is offering the same trade-in credit as T-Mobile but additional credits towards aSamsung Galaxy 6 Classicwatch and Coverage. So purchasing directly with Samsung.com is the far more lucrative route to go; however, despite the fact that I have a normal T-Mobile Go5g Plus plan, the Samsung website still keeps rejecting my attempts to complete purchase with the followingerror message: "Your account type is not supported on Samsung.com. Please see the non supported account types listed on the page." To reiterate, my account is not any one of the exempt types listed on that page and all of the rest of our phones utilize carrier finance without issue. joined t-mobile about a month ago. was told we would get the 55+ plan that costs $110 a month and our two iphone 15 pros would cost less than $8 each per month and we would get autopay making our bill about $115-116 a month. They charged us $154. Called the bill pay customer service folks and they said the deal I qualified for didn't exist under that specific plan even though I was told otherwise. Shame on you tmobile. They said I could qualify for the discount on the phones if I just add $20 to my bill. I don't know how these people sleep at night. Hello, I upgraded to the Galaxy S24 and it said I qualified for $500 off with a S9 trade in. I purchased through Samsung using the Tmobile financing. I got an email from T-mobile saying that I am going to receive $15 for it and a link on how to send it in. Is there a way to confirm that I got the $500 promo? Unable to purchase a phone online. There is no any issues with the payment. Everything is fine even the home address is same as on the payment info. i tried to talk with customer care but still they are unable to fix it. T-Mobile upcoming EIP policy changes effective July 1, 2024. **Any NEW** EIP's created 07/01/2024 and beyond will forfeit any remaining EIP bill credits in the event the EIP is paid off "early". Previous EIPS before 07/01/2024 are not impacted. Maybe you have a smaller EIP credit limit and want to upgrade, maybe you just want to make an additional EIP payment - what does it matter - as long as your LINE is ACTIVE you haven't dishonored anything and should continue receiving your credit… This is contradictory to the fact that the bill credits are contingent upon continued service. The loan agreement says there is no prepayment penalty. An EIP that is paid off early for whatever reason by the customer, does not mean they should forfeit what is owed to them as long as the service remains active. NOT to mention they LOCK the eSIM so you can't do DUAL SIM - it's so DUMB. You should have FULL use of your devices FEATURES indepedent of any financial obligations. The only way you forfeit remaining bill credits is if you CANCEL THE LINE/SERVICE and that makes total sense. Is Mercury in retrograde?
