Am I the only person concerned about the T-Mobile Price Increase??
So I have a magenta plan and a few weeks ago I got that nice text telling me price will increase. What really drove me nuts about it was how it was worded I cant remember the exact wording down to letter but it pretty much went like "For the First time in 10 years we have to raise the prices, Your plan will increase x amount" First off you know how insulting that is @T-Mobile? You tell every one you will never raise the prices, then turn around and do it and brag about how it has been 10 years? Really? You said you would do not do it so it does not matter 10, 20 ,30 40, 50 years latter is nothing to brag about it. ID rather you sent a text saying sorry but we had to increase your plan or please take note plan prices are going up vs your saying well it has been 10 years. When you say you wont do something then you just do not do it.. My issue is a little more depth I qualified for the promotion if you raised the prices I can leave your service worry free and no bills have to be paid but now you representatives are talking about a bunch of technicalities that would prevent me on taking advantage of that offer, or how they claim those offers do not exits. I invite any one to reply to this post stating how they feel about there plan prices going up when they where told IT WONT HAPPEN. Cannot believe, after years on autopay, they are going to disallow it from my credit card. AS IF I would give them unfettered access to my bank account! No one pulls money from my bank account although I do PUSH money through autopay from my bank. Hi, I've spent literally 3 days trying to get this fixed but when I go to start activation for the Google One 2TB + Unlimited Photos it says "You can't activate your plan with this account. To finish activation, switch to the account you used to sign up for Google One." T-Force has no resolution and Google Support says they can't help since it's billed through T-Mobile. Does anyone know how I can get this fixed I definitely do not have any other Google account at all. I am able to expense my phone and internet bill for my employment. However, I need a detailed description of all my charges. Not the next bill, but what i'm being charged for my service. This will be the 3rd time i've had to write to get this info. I've been told in the past that i had to go to a corporate store. That is not an option. I have Magenta 55+ Max which includes Apple TV+ 'for free'. I have been having trouble logging into it. I was told last night by Technical Support that it is only for T-Mobile customers to use on Apple Devices. Below is the terms from the T-Mobile website about Apple TV+.
