can i put two people on my plan and they keep their phones and phone number but still owe on
the phones at&t
AT&T would need to SIM unlock those devices. They will more than likely not do so until they are fully paid off and even then, they still don't like to SIM unlock devices. Once Peanently SIM unlocked, the devices will work on T-Mobile. It is not recommended to port out of AT&T before you have them SIM unlock those devices because they won't after you leave.
