appletv+ issue

I redeemed the apple tv+ offer, and my subscription is recognized on my phone. But, it idoes not seem to be reconglized when I try to log into the apple tv app on either my mac or my roku device. When I log in on my phone  @ tv.apple.com, I go right to Apple TV+. When I try logging in through the app on either my mac or roku streaming device, I get the sign up for a free 3 month trial offer. Just got off chat with the apple advisor and he/she was scratching his/her head. Has anyone else seen this problem and cracked the code?
