charged twice
I was charged twice this month, can this be corrected?

If you paid your bill just before the auto pay was scheduled to process. That would be why you were charged twice. You can talk to your bank about reversing one. If you pay your bill manually and want the auto pay to deactivate automatically. You have to pay it manually 3-5 days before auto pay starts to process the payment, which is usually 2 days before the auto pay date.
