I requested the Road Assistance AAA service twice this month, which is included in my plan, and they did not respond. The first time they left me from 1:00 am to 5 am waiting for the tow truck and I had to solve the problem by myself. Today they simply told me that they didn't have a tow truck available and they disconnected the call. It's absurd to be paying T-Mobile for this service and the service is never available. I'm checking the possibility of changing mobile operators due to this problem.
Thank You AAA for costing T-Mobile another customer. Damit Man.

Seems like a problem with AAA. Also IIRC this service is offered free by T-Mobile.

that was my point lol..its TMOs fault for another company that has ZERO to do with TMO when it comes to operations somehow? safe to say TMO customer or not they would still be in the same scenario with AAA if they dont have enough trucks available to do the job.
I had AAA but just decided to get the towing included with my car insurance which was must cheaper. AAA is notoriously bad because not many tow companies want to agree to their rates that they will reimburse the tower.
I got a call from AAA that the tow truck was coming. After again waiting a few minutes, I returned the call and was informed that I should wait another 01 hour. My initial request was at 10:00 am. It's the worst service I've ever seen. UNBELIEVABLE VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

Again this is a AAA issue. If AAA is going to cheap out on paying the tow truck driver who can make more money on a regular tow why would you take the AAA job. Contact AAA.

zero to do with TMO other than theyre affiliates. other than that one has nothing to do with the others service or lack there of.
It's already 5:00 pm and the tow truck request I made at 10:00 am to AAA still hasn't been made. At the this time, the body shop where my car would have to be delivered will already be closed. How can we be at the mercy of such a mediocre service like this?
ok, I'm going to change the mobile operator.
