Customer Svc Fail
I've been a customer of Tmobile for the last 22 years, but unfortunately, I have recently had the absolute worst experience ever received from Tmobile's customer service. Truly disappointing! I'd like to know if there is an customer complaint email that I should address my experience too rather than posting here? I am not one to complain over trivial things, but this recent experience goes beyond trivial. Honestly debating if I should remain a customer.

Tmobile doesn't give you many options to voice complaints I the contact us link, just a snail mail address.

You can try contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Twitter or Facebook where the reps are a higher tier of support and there's also live chat in the contact us link. If a available a window will appear.
