Device payment plan (EIP)
I am trying to review all my devices plan to pay some of them off but it won't load on the app or the desktop web browser. I tried restarting my phone, logging off and shutting down my phone. Is this happening to anyone else? If so, did you find out the reason it won't load to review?

Having the same problem. It happens to me 99% of the time. Every once and a while it works but most of the time I get this.

I had no issues viewing and paying my bill yesterday. I used Edge in Windows 11. No issues at all. Even logging in right now, I can see the one EIP that ends on my next bill.

I just paid off my sync up tracker a couple of weeks ago with no issue from my Mytmobile account.

I thought it was just me, but I haven't been able to look at my EIP in several weeks. I really want to see what I have, because I wanted to pay some off.

Are you running any ad blockers that might be causing the site not to load? Have you tried force closing the app and clearing the cache for it to see if that gets the app working for you again?

Yes, my app is update. I was using edge on my desktop. And it's not working on my iPhone neither.

¿Tu aplicación está actualizada? What web browser are you using? Firefox and Edge seem to work best for T-Mobile's sites.
