Guía de cambio de dispositivo y transferencia de datos de un teléfono a otro | T-Mobile
I've got an Android with T-Mobile service. Bought a new phone (not from T-Mobile) and now trying to setup/transfer data, photos & texts. I'd gladly follow the Device Switch & Phone to Phone Data Transfer Guide | T-Mobile instructions but the link doesn't work. Where are the online instructions?

Nevermind. Was able to take the SIM from the old and insert into the new phone (4G), and download the backup data/apps/pics. Pretty slick. Got a feeling the newer phones aren't as easy to do from home? Would be advisable to remove T-Mobile webpage links to nowhere.
I've backed up my old phone to Google One - it's a Galaxy A10. My new phone is a MOTO G Power.
Did you recently backed up your phone on your old phone. If so sign into your Google account and you should be able to sync it from there.
Also what brand of phones are they?
