GREAT Customer Service

I'm not necessarily sure how to convey this so the employee is recognized, but I wanted to express my appreciation for Juana Garrett.  She is a rep I worked with via FaceBook chat.  Long story short, I mistakenly left T-Mobile for Verizon and immediately regretted the decision.  I was only with Verizon, ultimately, for 5 days.  However, countless reps in days 1-3 had no idea how to get me back to T-Mobile.  I happened to come across Juana and she spent hours over the course of 2 of her work days sorting it out and getting us back.  There were some hurdles getting the numbers ported back over, but she got it done.  It is so rare these days to find a customer service rep like Juana who goes to such great lengths, spending whatever time necessary, to get the job done.  I REALLY appreciate everything Juana did.  She should be promoted for her work ethic and dedication and T-Mobile should go to great lengths to keep an employee and person of her caliber with their company.  #notallheroeswearcapes

We want to compliment Tia at T Mobile.  We were switching from both Mint and ATT yesterday and we can't begin to say how professional and patient she was.  The process took several hours (not because of T Mobile).  Mint proved very difficult to work with.  Tia was wonderful and calm.  She was extremely knowledgeable of the process.  We felt very positive going with T Mobile after being supported by Tia in our change.

Tia stated that she has worked for T Mobile for several years - I believe around 7-8 years.  You are lucky to have someone like this representing your company.

  • Their network coverage, reliability, and speed was nowhere close to T-Mobile.  With T-Mobile, I'd have multiple bars of 5G coverage when we traveled to my family's ranch in the middle of nowhere Texas.  With Verizon, I could barley get 1 bar LTE where we live in Maryland (in a heavily populated area) where we routinely also had solid 5G coverage with T-Mobile.  Maybe Verizon is more like they advertise in other areas, but we didn't find those areas testing it out for a few days.

The reasons that you wanted to leave Verizon so quickly?  Kind of rare here to see that.
