Ok, @HeavenM, quite simply the DIGITS app (https://www.t-mobile.com/apps/t-mobile-digits) is absolutely useless to me, it's unnecessarily complex (hence the $10/month charge) and intended for multiple device shadowing. I was simply looking for a mechanism to switch between which SIM is active (either tacitly by powering down one phone before turning on the other or explicitly by a management web site/app). That's a simple service that perhaps you can charge $10/year.
