I accidentally deleted my ESIM

I'm on a business trip to south Korea right now and I accidentally deleted my ESIM.

I need help. I can't use my phone,
I'm using IPHONE 15 pro.
I want to receive the code by email.

  • This is basically a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation that doesn't have account access. You're going to need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of Tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter.

Usually to activate any type of new sim it has to be done on Tmobile’s towers.

Also delete your imei number, it's a good way for someone to report your phone lost or stolen.

I can't login to my account because my phone doesn't work. So it won't be deleted.

On your original post tap the 3 dots on the bottom right, select edit and remove the imei.
