i was charged twice within a month

I was looking at my past credit card statements and noticed that on July 12 2020 I was charged $133.92 twice on the same day and you guys haven't offered me a refund nor does it show up in my past billing statements but it's on my credit card statement and I would like a refund for that second charge as soon as possible please! 

  • You'd want to get in touch with our Care team. It's been some time for that charge, and it should have been adjusted long ago since this was an error. If you have autopay, and you pay before your autopay hits, you can see this happen. Not sure if that was the case, but I'm just giving you a headsup of what could've happened.

    I don't have auto pay on u wouldn't allow me but I got charged twice
