Lied To
T-Mobile lied to me. I was promised 4th line free and never got it. Now there's nothing they can (will) do about it. I signed up last October 4 on the promotion they were running at the time, but I didn't keep any proof of it so I'm screwed.
its been almost a year why is this just now a problem you are asking about.
was the offer 4 lines for $120 or something in those line? I had something similar a few years back and the way they broke it down the "free" was free but it was broken down as if it wasn't. The plan was $160 without the "free" line. No one here can see your account so one can only speculate.
I learned the "keep your receipts" game a few years ago. I basically frame it and put it on the wall馃槀. Not risking loosing it. They only store computer copies of our receipts for 2 months. After that, it's *literally* your word against theirs.
Also meaning you have documents and they don鈥檛. 馃槂
