“When this promotion ends you will no longer receive a monthly credit toward your bill.” Does that mean that my bill will increase by $15 for 2 Smartphones from now on????

No, I paid off my husband's & mine, phones during in the 1st year of our account.
You're going to need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you since this is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation so there's no guarantee they will see this post.
