Need Shipping label to return device from canada
Hello, i recently upgraded my phone and now i want to return my old device to get the credit in my billing.
But due to covid, I am stuck in Canada and can’t come anytime soon.
Return label i have is of USPS and i am trying to get the label of UPS since UPS is available in Canada.
Can anyone help me with this issue or did anyone faced similar situation ?
Shipping labels do not cover international shipping. You will have to ship it yourself, at your expense, to the address on the label and all of the information provided with the normal label you would use as if you were shipping it from the US. As someone who crosses the border regularly. I have had to do this once, a few years ago when I took advantage of an upgrade online but I was up in Canada visiting family. I just shipped the device from Canada and by the time I got back to the US, my new device was on its way to me. Personally, I highly recommend UPS Ground.
