number transfer PIN
I’m trying to transfer my number for my iPad to another carrier.
They say I need a PIN, to allow T-Mobile to start the transfer.
Is this the same PIN noted in my account settings? I can't remember it, or view it via the account settings page (the arrow just doesn't respond when I click on it.) I also can't seem to reset it either.
to get an account transfer pin you need to go to your profile settings for the specific phone number. Then look for something called "line details" There will be an account transfer pin option. You will need to "generate" that pin. The pin will only be active for 7 days.

If you don't know tour transfer PIN and are the PAH. You need to reach out to Customer Care by calling 611 from your line or by sending a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter.

Contacting Customer Care should allow you to reset the PIN.
