Omaha, NE - Having Trouble Receiving Text Messages From Businesses

I requested a text message from my bank to sign into their website this morning.  It's been three hours and I'm still waiting.  I checked the spam folder in my text messages.

I’m also waiting for a text from the payroll software my company uses.

My line was recently switched from Sprint to T-Mobile.

 

Anyone else having similar problems?

 

  • contact TMO either through calling in, Facebook or Twitter and have them make sure your short code is turned on. you can do it through the site here and i believe the TMO app but im not the most knowledgeable when it comes to the last two and where you need to go to take care of it on your side.
