Paid one half of payment arrangment early?

I have the 1st installment of a payment arrangement due 1/31 I paid it early a few days ago. Will it charge my account again? The second half is due 2/13.

  • Hola @ambershan The payment arrangement option is great when you need some extra time to charge. It can be confusing, though, when you start making extra or early payments. Even though you paid the amount of the first installment early, the system will see that you still have a balance due and a payment arrangement set up, so it will try to take that payment on 1/31. You can reach out to our customer service reps by calling or messaging us on social media. They have the account access needed to discuss eligibility and options to reset the payment arrangement and keep your account active.

I know that it can be tempting to pay the bill early and when you don't have a payment arrangement it can be a great feeling to do that. If you have a payment arrangement, you should keep the money on your payment method and let the system do its thing or pay it no more than 24 hours early.

  • DO NOT PAY EARLY!!! We made a payment arrangement, then paid our first payment 2 days early. Well today they took out the OTHER payment, so now our bank balance is negative. This is so frustrating because the customer service rep told us if we pay early, it wouldn't take that payment out.

No it won't charge you again but it will still debit the amount that you agreed to pay from you payment method on file unless you cancel the payment arrangement or remove the payment method. It will still subtract the amount that you paid but it still will debit the amount.
