porting out of a family plan
¡Hola!
I want to leave a family plan. I have personal issues with account holder or head of the family. So, do I need account holder's permission to leave or I can port out without the need to have permission?

No, you can open a account on your own. Are you financing your current phone through your current plan?
I would inform him that you're opening a new plan and won't need the number on his plan though.
Thanks for your tesponse. What if I do not want the number/line any more. I am going to get another line for myself. I just want to leave both the family plan and line/phone number. So, I still need the PHA's permission?
You need to have the PAH’s permission to port the line since they basically own the number.
