Refill your T-Mobile account not possible
Hola,
I get a message every month telling me to top up my account. I only used this number for my vacation in the USA and no longer need it.
The problem is that I can no longer log in to my T-Mobile account because I don't have access to the number.
I would like to delete the number and the account so that I no longer receive the message by e-mail.

After 60 days after the funds run out the account will close and the phone number will be reissued after 90 days.
Consider the email as a courtesy in reminding you to refill and not lose the number.
There might of been funds left over and kept the account open a little longer.
I used this number in March 2024. And never paid since then. So its longer than 90 days ago.
