remove line from my ONE olan
I have an old one plan with 5 lines, one of which I no longer use. Is it possible to remove the line and lower my bill?
you are able to just make sure whatever plan you are on doesnt have some promo going for that line or for having that many phones on an account.
You will need to reach out to Customer Care at 611 or DM T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to find out if cancelling a line will lower your plan. No one here has access to your account as this is primarily a peer help forum for customers to seek out help from other customers.
