remove number from Scam Block

We are a business that offers follow up surveys to customers after they've interacted with us.  We ask permission for the user to allow us to call them.  Our number is showing up as "Scam Likely" to people using T-Mobile.  What are the steps to get this corrected?  We understand the value of this feature, and we want to ensure we're following expected behavior as well.

  • Hola, @anztenney! As a business, we rely on customer feedback as well -- I'm sorry to read that your client base might be worried when your survey call arrives! You can report the need for this correction here: T-Mobile Scam Call Reporting. Hopefully our support teams will have you back on track for your feedback in no time!

My number has been blocked internally by T-mobil's Spam text message filters due to me sending family and friends (up to 200 people) similar messages on a holiday. This has now happened 3 times. The engineering department that configures the filter lock down has this set to tight. It is hard to get work done via text with me being able to receive but not send text messages.  It is almost impossible to get customer service to help my situation. Their check list to have me do stuff on my phone and/or account blocking isn't helpful. I was told my number might be blocked for up to 10 days. I have been with T-Mobil for 24 years. I am thinking I need to go with another service provider.
