Don't be fooled by the lie of slow down after data limits. It stops and tmobile doesn't care that all their information says it "slows". Pack of lies, shame I almost believed they were a decent company too.

Your above post suggests you are on the T-Mobile Home Internet Lite plan, which does reduce your speed to a crawl when the data limit is reached. No fraud; it is plainly mentioned in the terms.

Luego de la asignación de datos, velocidades de hasta 128 Kbps.

Totally a SCAM!!! Totally a FRAUD! We got the service on April 29th and returned the device on May 4th. They said that if you return the device between 15 days you wouldn't be charge for anything… Well, let me tell you where is the fraud. They are saying that you have to call to cancel… the sells person never said it, the email I received confirming they got the device even said "you are good to go"nothing about calling, the contract says that you just need to return the device (nothing about calling)… I never received a bill, no even a message on my email saying that I had a bill, until 2 month later that they said my service was suspended… what service if I don't have the device!!!! I went to the store and they are sayin that because I didn't call I have to pay the bill or they are going to send it to collection… I would love to see that when we show all the prove printed and verbal to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. And believe me it is not the money it is the fact that they are dishonest… they did wrong and I have to pay for it… Well, I will make sure I am going to post and tell all my friends and not friends to avoid this company…

Ok well thats the first I saw it called out. But this is not the 80's and I don't think you can call 128k a functional internet speed. I could literally not even load simple webpages. Also the rep assured me at signup that it would slow to maybe 40mb. No matter that, calling this a "slow down" is pretty misleading as it will be functionally unusable.
