so sick of customer service getting everything wrong
I am so tired of customer service screw ups. Sit on the phone over an hour just to talk to someone then they screw up my request so bad that my life will be hell for the next 2 weeks trying to get what I want as well as correct their mistakes. Grrrrrrr
contact them through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..you start with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support agents.
