system Update
I can not upgrade my phone because I was on the Sprint network. How long will it take for the system update to take place so I can update my devices? This is message I have been consistently getting...
no you need to go in and select one of the actual TMO plans. you might have a TMO sim card in the phone and are still using said phone but its still tied to a Sprint account. thats where your hang up is.
which i will be needing to do here before to long..just havent gotten around to it lol.
I uave been a sprint customer for 10 years and have been trying to upgrade for over 2 months now but the supposed system updates has caused nothing but aggravation. I have spoke to tmobile customer service numerous times and all they do is tell you something different on how long it will be and if they do it themselves they want you to pay a ton of money to do so. You also can not do it I. The store cause you are known as a spr8nt legacy customer and they no l9nger have access to the Sprint accounts.
