T-mobile gave my personal account to someone else

I was given my phone and was informed that it was mine to keep and do as I please even make a tmobile online personal account to manage it. I made the personal account in hopes the company had apps for security and games ect I had full access to my account and I started the account using my identification information and personal email. Then I found a data breach in 1 of the credit reports so I contacted T-mobile to find out how to handle the breach the rep said he was unable to login to my account stating that if I wasn't the account holder I wouldn't be able to login and view the billing side of my account mind you I made a personal account using my email and DOB Ect. I logged in and that was months ago even still today I am still able to view the billing side of my account. However T-mobile after the first phone conversation and the first rep congratulating me he said that my account was the first he had ever seen where the company owed the consumer money and not consumer owing T-mobile. Since then T-mobile has yet again allowed or has given out personal identification out to unknown individuals who didn't have my information associated with the phone. So they being T-mobile gave my personal account to some unknown business and stripped me of my account permissions. Your not going to believe why though. Someone deposited funds into my personal account that was made with my email address not some business account with several phone lines under the business account. Which as of now I am actively looking for attorneys to settle this issue but of course the shotty services on my phone now I get alot of dropped calls, web pages time out or just freeze on top of redirects to pages I didn't want in the first place.

My phone has been hacked for 9 months.  This person, whom I do know, got in by knowing my email and has now made himself my account manager.  He can do ANYTHING

He want to my account.  He has also controls my internet and is stealing my free Netflix and Paramount.  I have been told so many different lies by T-mobile.  They have escalated upon escalated it to the " Backroom "  and nothing changes.  I've told them so many times he has made himself my account manager by knowing my email.  Yet they won't get him out of do not know how it just don't care.  Sometimes if I want to add something or download something it tells me I will have to get permission from my account manager.  There are so many setting grated out and I can't toggle them in or off.  He has even gone so far as to change my pin Passover to a pattern.  He has even stolen all my pictures off of Google one.  This is so unbelievable that T- mobile can't or won't fix this.  I am going back to Verizon because you get so many different answers when you call and they All promise to keep you safe.  Out of the " approximately " 4000/ 5000 reps I've talked to its a very disturbing fact that they promise and tell you it is their number 1 priority to keep you safe.  So, long overdue, Bye Bye junk T- mobile.  This is a true story and I have taken soooo many screenshots but they say they can't receive screenshot....crazy!!!!  When all of this first started I was sitting with a representative about 40 minutes when he's scrolling through my phone and suddenly says " Someone is trying to log into Craiglist in you phone ".  I asked him who was trying to log in and he told me Keystone flooring.  My gut was right....that's exactly whom I thought it was.  T-mobile doesn't listen and does not care.   Correct me if I'm wrong T-mobile by fixing my phone and taking all those BS charges off of my account.   I'm sure I'll wait another 9 months....lol.....pdoable that I will be with Verizon again this eve.
