T-Mobile still lying to customers
We switched our family (4 lines) over to T-Mobile and were given a page with a promotional code by the rep in the store to use to receive a $200 prepaid card per line. This was supposed to pay off the remaining balance on my wife's phone. I submitted the code for each line and all 4 were denied because we were "outside of the promotional period". There are no dates on the paper given to me and the rep clearly told me we were eligible.
This is the same reason I quit Sprint many years ago. Clearly T-Mobile is only interested in signing customers, not keeping them.
you’ll have better odds contacting TMO through either Facebook or Twitter..just send them a DM...do not post on their main page.

New customer and already have huge problems with them. I'm so disgusted being lied to from people in customer service. Was sent a free phone that worked for only a week. They mailed me a second phone which was a damn disaster. I had to go to the T-Mobile store after spending hours on the phone. Eventually the store changed the SIM card because the electronic SIM wasn't working. I was told what my monthly bill would be. When I received the bill it was double the amount. Im about to report them to the BBB. I ordered wifi and decided to use them as my provider because their price was much cheaper than my previous provider. A MONTH INTO SIGNING UP WITH T-MOBILE WAS A HUGE MISTAKE. HAS ANYONE REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB? People in customer service have absolutely no idea what they're doing!! They lie so much!! I got recordings of them also when I had no phone service I had to use chat so I've got enough proof that they are FRAUDS!!! T-MOBILE HAS NO CLUE WHO THEY'RE DEALING WITH!!
