TMOBILE Home Internet restored service
I paid the 140 dollars to reactivate my moms internet (its only been a couple weeks since the past due) and she still doesn't have internet access and she never got a confirmation text message on the router like it said she would..so im starting to worry it went to the wrong account or something

Have she tried rebooting the modem? Where did you pay and did you get a receipt? You can call Customer Care at 611 from a T-Mobile device or reach out to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter through DM to have have someone with account access take a look.
