Trade-in valuation not fully paid by TMobile
I did trade in 3 devices ( iPhone 6,iphone 7 plus, iPhone 13 ProMax) and ordered 2 iPhone 16 normal and 1 iPhone 16 pro. max on line .When i was ordered the trade in value shown is $829.99 for each device.
I have taken a screenshot before submitting the order . It shows that the iPhone 6 and 7 plus trade value is $829.99.
On Next day , i received the email from T-Mobile with order confirmation that total Promotional value is :
one time credit : $280
Recurring Promotional value : 2209.98
Total Promotional value :2489.98.
Now i received new devices and ported numbers also. When login into account Trade value for iPhone 6 and 7 plus is $415.
I reached customer care over the chat and on the phone multiple times. When i reached support over the chat
i am able send order confirmation details and they verified telling that wait 2 to 3 days it will be corrected.
But the issue was not resolved.
When I reached support over the phone ( call 611) ,they told me I misunderstood the issue. So I visited the store and showed email order confirmation to the store guy and called customer care. Store guy explained to the customer agent that the Promotion value for iPhone 6 and 7 plus is $829.99 also. After explaining to the store guy suddenly disconnected the call.
Can you please escalate or resolve the problem.
I have order confirmation from T-Mobile and I have a screenshot before submitting the order also.

Trade-in values are estimates until received and assessed. Depending on the promotion, the different might be made up in credits divided up over 24 months.
