Unable to view the text/call usage from the most recent cycle?
When I go to the Usage section, I am able to see the multiple lines broken down by Data, Text, and Calls. I am able to use the drop down filter for which cycle's usage I want to view. However, I am unable to find/select the most recently completed cycle as an option. I can view/select the current cycle and a long list of cycles in the past, but not the most recent one. How can I access it?
Usually it takes a few days for the usage details to show for the new billing cycle.
I can see today's and yesterday's usage. When I click on the drop down filter to select a prior cycle, I am not given the option of the most recent cycle. I can see/select all of the cycles prior to that, though. How can I view the usage from the month most recently completed?

As an alternative, can you download and view your detailed billing for that period?
