What happened to the long discusion on the new pricing?
There was a very long thread about the new $5 increase on accounts that were told their rate was locked for life. When I went to see it today, it now says I do not have access to that thread. Can others still see it? I'm curious if it's pulled entirely or I have been kicked off it for some reason?
This link used to work. Do others still have access? And if I've been booted, how do I appeal that and to who?

Hey everyone. I sincerely apologize. There were a ton of conversations all over the place for the same topic, so I consolidated a lot of them into one thread. I intended to make the information a little easier to find without having to read a bunch of different threads.
Unfortunately, I didn't realize that I must have mixed up another setting and hid the board altogether. I will totally own up to that as my mistake. I just fixed the board, and you should now be able to see that conversation as well as all the other posts on the Postpaid>Billing board.
Again, I am so sorry for my mix up. Thank you for pointing out that you couldn't see it so I could fix it. I want everyone to be able to come to the Community and have their voices heard.

It's possible that It's been blocked to ‘most’ people, with exception of those that are mods, or have good relations with TMobile mods

I am not a mod and I can't even remember the last time I encountered a mod here because they are super stealthy but always around when needed. The topic still shows for me when I click the link Gramps posted. It is listed as Solved though but that shouldn't hide it or take it away for everyone.

Hi gramps. Not booted from the site. Just kicked out of that discussion. It would have been nice for the moderator to explain their reason. Maybe I can now file for a violation of my first amendment rights?
Forums aren't something covered by the First Amendment. These boards are owned and operated by T-Mobile and they have rules and those rules and moderation is at their discretion and their interpretation, whether we agree with that or not.

Thanks for the comments. The link still says I'm not authorized to view that page. So some of us have been booted from that discussion. Guess we hit a nerve?
gramps, is it possible your viewing a cached page? I'm wondering if you quit and restart your browser will it get locked for you? Also, how long ago was the latest post to that thread? If you can still post there, maybe you can ask in the thread why so many people are complaining about lost access?
Not cached. I can access it on my work computer.

Gracias @HeavenM - many (including myself) might have thought that some of the powers that be might have either wanted to consolidate or remove it with the past week’s events.
Thatnks @syaoran - I typically try to keep my posts … civil but factual, and even offer up the occaisional/yearly ‘road trip’ or TMHI bits.
I expect this summer to try out the Waveform micro-4x4 (TMHI staff actually think its a worthwhile try, with 90 return/cancel) for ~$20 more than T-Mobile’s.
So far, on the new pricing - word has it that it hasn't "yet" hit California - possibly due to PUC. As long as prices (bottom line) are still less, and service is good, I see no reason to jump ship.

I'm sure that I've ruffled enough feathers over the past decade to removed from that discussion - possibly with mention of BBB and others, which don't typically bode well for T-Mobile's support model. TBH, I'm actually surprised that T-Mobile hasn't completely booted me from their community pages. Mods such as @HeavenM might have an idea.

Price Lock thread is now saved on archive.org, so if access is lost again, a backup is available.

I just got a call from T-Mobile "corporate' in regard to my BBB complaint. They are now telling me that I signed up during a window (something from 2017 to 2021) which they are calling "no-contract", meaning, according to them, that they can change my price anytime they want. This is total crap, as no where when I signed up did it say that. I asked for a copy of that, and they don't seem to have it. How convenient. To add insult to injury, he tried to tell me that no phone company would ever offer a plan where the price could not be raised. Seriously? So the ads, the text on-line, the discussion when I signed up was all just lies? That sounds like bait and switch to me.
I am going to escalate my BBB complaint and ask that it be posted with into about T-Mobile. People need to know that while their network may be decent. they are a company we can no longer trust.I will never recommend this to anyone again, that is for sure.
