Why do you keep asking me to verify my identity?

so that someone who is not you cant access your account

Or steal your sim and takeover your bank accounts and credit card information.

I'm having the same issue as well.. Verifying myself on automated system and then having to do it again. I had an issue that wasn't resolved by expert and asked possibly if a supervisor could help. I was transferred over to another "expert" not supervisor by the name of Jay who asked me to verify myself again. When I was transferred the second time it was silence, no hold music. I think he was waiting for me to hang up.

They asked for way too much verification. But they cross the line when they ask for my wife's last 4 of her social security.

are you or they trying to do anything with her account? and is she the primary account holder or are  you?
