Allowable Calls

We have an adult son with Special Needs.  We supply him with a phone, and we only allow him to have it to communicate with 10 people allowed with T-mobiles ALLOWED number feature.  This way he can call family, but not unsafe people, such as drug dealers.  He has no internet on the phone.  Anyway, he is finally at the point where he is starting to want to call people on the phone, and wants to talk to family members and friends that are not in his 10 Allowed phone numbers.  Can we add 10 more?  Can we have 20 Allowed numbers for his phone?  We want to support him in communicating with healthy people.  If you don't currently have the possibility for 20 allowed numbers, can you make that for people in our situation?  Please answer me.  I am not always T-mobile site.  So please answer me on my email, which is bardsleyclant@comcast.net.  Thanks, Debbi

Looking at the Family Allowance plan it's not available.

You may want to edit your post and take out your private information by clicking on the 3 red dots at the bottom of the page.

You should try contacting Tmobile support to see if they can help. You may want to check the app store to see if there's a better app.
