Does Samsung have an adapter (charging block) that meets the 25W PPS PD3.0 standard? If so, what’s the model number of the adapter?
Does Samsung have a 15W Super Fast wireless charging pad (NOT a 15W Rápido wireless charging pad)? If so, what's the model number?

15 Watss "fast charging (slow by today's standards) and 15 watt super fast charging would literally be the same speed because it's a 15 watt charger. Samsung has various chargers available. Your best bet would be to look at the accessories page on Samsung's website to find what you need. Make sure you read the product descriptions to make sure you buy the right charger!
