Group MMS S23+ wi-fi issue

After a Samsung update I can no longer send or receive Group MMS messages without putting on Data.

I was able to send/receive MMS before the update using only wi-fi

s23 plus

    Enable RCS.  If you are not using Google Messages.  Download it and enable RCS as Samsung has removed it from their Messaging app which has alao been removed from the device's recovery image.

    MMS/Pic texts/long winded texts have always been sent/received using data..regular texts use the voice side.
