Help with setting location
I have had a T-Mobile Gateway for almost a year now, and it shows my location as Charlotte, NC, and I am actually in a town four hours away from Charlotte. Is there any way I can access my present location on this device? Especially seeing there are towers practically across the street from me. It is very frustrating when I want to look up something local and all I get is Charlotte information.
I get Charlotte, NC as well from Hampton, VA. Nothing out of the ordinary though. This is where the towers relay to until they get to a tower that hands off to ground connected infrastructure.
I came to this thread hoping for a solution. I'm 2 hours away from Charlotte, NC but my device location isn't. 🤦🏼♀️ This is ridiculous.
I have the same issue, my location is set to Charlotte but I live on the NC coast. Were you able to solve your problem?
I have the problem. I have the T-mobile Gateway also and live in DesMoines, iowa, but anytime I do a search with Google on my PC it takes be to Montreal, Canada. This has been going on since I got the Gateway. I need somehelp.
