Messages from iPhone delayed after upgrading Android phone
About 3 or so weeks ago I updated my Samsung 10+ to a Samsung Ultra 23. Since that time, any messages that are part of a message group, are very delayed sending and receiving. I am able to see delay as my wife who is an iPhone user, receives messages in the same group long before I do. Needless to say the delay is driving my family bonkers… My texts are usually out of context time delayed…
Messages sent directly to me from an iPhone user is practically instantaneous.
I have reset any settings I can think of as well as cleared data and cache.
is that the only text thread messing up? or are there any others that you text that its happening with as well? if its just that one you might have to fully delete the history of it and start fresh once they start sending more texts.

Let me test… other threads I am in are with people I do not see on a daily basis…
Appears to be the same with other group messages as well, different recipients.
which texting app is it using? Samsungs own or Googles? might end up being a texting app issue.

I have tested with both google and samsung texting apps. Same results.
