phone for kids

Hi! My daughter is now in middle school and doesn't have a phone. She has the Tmobile kids smartwatch, but wants to play games/watch videos while on the bus (45 min drive). What's the best phone where I can monitor her from my phone? I love the GPS feature the watch has (let's me track the bus if I'm running late) and I want parental settings so no TikTok nonsense.

    You more than likely want an iPhone with an Apple ID setup for her under yours.  That way, you will have about the best control over what she can and can't do by setting up parental restrictions for the child's Apple ID.

    Nintendo switch, too young for an expensive phone.
