phone not eligible?
Hey, I tried to try out T-Mobiles 3 month network pass. Tried to set it up and it said my phone isn't eligible. Can someone help me out?
Current network: Verizon
Phone: OnePlus 11 5G
eSim is available on my device and so is duel sim... not sure what's causing the issue. I hope I'm able to use it, I'd like to try it out without switching carriers
could your V phone still be locked to V and not allowing another sim ?

If it's eligible you're going to need to contact support by phone, going to a store or using messenger on their Facebook or Twitter page.
