Restoration Fees

I have been a Sprint Customer since 2000 and with the merger with T-Mobile I was forced to transition over to their format. The transition to T-Mobile has been horrible the customer service with T-Mobile has been horrible and the added fees are astronomical

I am a disabled customer and having the use of my phone tablet and Chromebook are essential and keeping up with my medical appointments and my family in the event something happens an emergency services are needed.

My service has been interrupted several times and each time it's interrupted I am charged a $20 restoration fee for every product that I have in most cases the restoration fees end up being more than my monthly bill.

Services are interrupted without notice and even if you pay the bill immediately after realizing Services have been interrupted you are still charged these $20 restoration fees. I have incurred probably $600 in restoration fees in the last year due to T-Mobile interrupting service.

Life happens and I'm on a fixed income and unfortunately have had a lot of health issues which have ultimately affected my financial status so therefore my payment has been late a day or two but there has been instances where I have paid the bill from another account within minutes of the service Interruption and I am still charged these $20 restoration fees.

I would like to be refunded for the majority of these restoration fees I have been charged and additionally it would be a great idea if T-Mobile does have something in place for individuals who are disabled and do need their services.

I never had to deal with this with Sprint and they were most certainly willing to work with clients who were disabled I'm disgusted with T-Mobile not to mention the drop calls slow downloads and just a horrible customer service overall
