TMobile, how is it your Customer Service on tbe phone and at stores tells us for nine months "it's coming...IT'S COMING" but your online people and your Community people ignore the question? Yet, sone people here say they got it FIVE MONTHS AGO.

The Revvl line of devices are not flagships or anything close. They are a budget friendly device. OS updates come when they are ready. Who ever is manufacturing these devices for T-Mobile will also supply the updates.
