T mobiles deceptive practices

Hard to tell if anyone ever actually received their free fire TV for the T Mobile Home Internet promo. I was advised I qualified I was even given a number which I saved on my computer in their redemption center. I've contacted them numerous times and I'm always told we're looking into whether or not you qualify, despite the fact that we already told me I quote for. Now when I go back to the redemption scenario it will not let me enter a date prior to June of 2024. Obviously their intent is to bring you in circles until you finally get frustrated and give up. Been AT mobile customer for as long as I can remember. Most certainly not the company I signed up for originally. Dare I say you've become another Verizon. Congratulations, I hope you sleep well
