Unlock SAMSUNG A71 5G from Tmobile however shows that is locked by SPRINT
I have a phone that was from Tmobile and I want to use in Peru with Peruvian Carrier. However when I introduced the new SIM a message appear "Comuniquese con SPRINT para desbloquear su dispositivo" . Tmobile said that the phone is unlocked however is lock from SPRINT think that was original from SPRINT an in the fusion Tmobile give me this phone. When I pay for review with the IMEI, the cell is clean, not in black list, no debt (Its means accomplish all requeriments that Tmobile demand for unlock a Cell). The instructions tmobile sent us to unlock is acrross settings / networks / other … However the option to unlocl definitly didn´t appear .. maybe because its blocked for Sprint. What can I do to unlock from SPRINT ?
Since it's a Samsung go to YouTube and look for videos on how to unlock it. There's a few hacks to unlock them.
In a recently call they said again tha is unlock however I restart and nothing is block. Wait next days just in case this update take some time.
The phone is from Tmobile USA , adquiire for a T-Mobile USA customer and meet all the policies to unlock as T-mobile USA support said before yestarday. They said is unlocked however is lock by SPRINT. Why I don´t know.
T-Mobile has never sold Sprint SIM locked phones. If you are not a T-Mobile USA customer, the device is not a T-Mobile USA SIM locked device, your account and device do not meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements. T-Mobile can not SIM unlock it. Try your local cellphone repair ship.

Yes , they supose did , and indicated was unlock , yea its not lock by tmobile despite the phone was bought in tmobile. I tried to call again and explain what its happened with Sprint lock. Hopefuly unlock remotly because I´m in Peru at this time. Gracias.
Are you a Tmobile USA customer? They can only unlock for customers.
